Lamb with couscous

Ingredients

Lamb steak (remove the fat)
Couscous
Parsley
Pine nuts (lightly toasted)
Raisins

Season the lamb with salt, pepper and olive oil. Leave for a while. Prepare the couscous. Place in a bowl and add hot water. Let it rest till the couscous absorbs fully the hot water. Heat up a non stick pan and pan fry the lamb to your liking (medium well - 15 minutes, well done - 20 minutes). Remove and let it rest to allow the juices flow back to the meat.

Prepare the couscous by flaking it with a fork. Add salt, pepper, olive oil and raisins. Slice the lamb and serve with the couscous.
