Ingredients
Mince pork or chicken
Udon noodle
Egg
Mushroom
Spring onion
Soy sauce
Dark sauce
Pepper
Stir fry the meat, mushroom together with the various sauces. Pour over udon noodle and mix well. Serve with a runny egg and spring onions!
