Here's my all time favourites, cooked by my mom.. We have it every chinese new year...
Ingredients
Chicken thigh/drumstick
Salt
Xiao Shing cooking wine
First of all, chop the chicken into small portions. Then steam the chicken till it's cooked. Depending on the size this may take between 15-20 minutes. Immediately after it's cooked, wipe the chicken with a good mixture of salt and cooking wine...
Serve deliciously with diced ginger, spring onions, soy sauce and cili padi... totally yummy !
