Rosemary roast potatoes

This is definitely a healthier choice compared to french fries. Oven roasted with olive oil ! Delicious la ...


Ingredients
Potatoes (with skin or without)
Olive oil
Rosemary sprigs
Salt
Pepper

Boil your potatoes till you can pierce easily. Put it in a roasting pan and add good lug of olive oil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the rosemary sprigs as well. Put in the oven at 220 Celcius. Roast till brown/crunchy !
