Aglio Olio Spaghetti

Here's a new creation....the base is basically spaghetti cooked in olive oil.. but you can always be creative and make your own recipies!

Ingredients
Spaghetti
Extra virgin Olive oil
Basil leaves
Garlic (sliced)
Olives
Chili padi
Cherry tomatoes

Put spaghetti into a pot full of boiling salted water. Remember to add a spoonful of olive oil into the water. Boil till al dente (means not too cooked so that it has nice texture)



While the spaghetti is cooking, add good lug of extra virgin olive oil into a non-stick frying pan (or wok). Fry the garlic, olives and chili. Then add the cherry tomatoes. After 5 minutes, stir in the spaghetti and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the basil leaves at the end!
