Brocolli Spaghetti

Another version of spaghetti, for those who loves brocolli !

Ingredients
Brocolli (cut into small size)
Garlic (diced)
Cherry tomatoes (sliced)
Sausages (sliced)
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper

Boil the spaghetti in a pot full of boiling water (add a dash of olive oil and salt). Fry the sausages in extra virgin olive oil till crispy. Add the garlic, cherry tomatoes and brocolli. Stir fry for a bit till the brocolli is cooked - don't over do it otherwise it'll be soft ! Taste great when it's crunchy. Once the spaghetti is cooked (al dente), pour it into the pan and stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!

Great looking meal:)

Just a note on using extra virgin oil, though.. (not sure if you are agree with me) because of its low smoke point is not that preferable in deep frying, perhaps using normal olive oil?

Cheers.

geez ! bro - what la is this low smoke point??? anyway... for deep frying, i'll use the normal kacang minyak ! extra virgin too expensive !!!
