Scallops with couscous

Ingredients
Scallops
Couscous
Asparagus, rocket & raisins
Extra virgin olive oil

Season the scallops with salt, pepper and then pan fry on a hot pan with olive oil. Soak the couscous in hot water. Once the water is all soaked up, add rocket, raisin and chopped cooked asparagus.

Pasta with sausage meat, brocollini & sage

Ingredients

Any sausage (remove the skin)
Brocollini
Sage leaves
Chili
Spaghetti (or choice of pasta)
Virgin olive oil
Garlic
Cook the pasta, al dente. Ensure its boiled with salt and olive oil. Heat up olive oil and fry garlic, sage leaves, sausages. Add the brocollini and chili. Once pasta is cooked, add to the rest of the ingredients.
