Pizza !
Here are 2 simple pizza toppings you can use for a quick delicious meal!
Heat up the oven to 230 celcius. Spread tomato paste over the pizza base (leave the sides). Arrange the ingredients and place the cheese last. Place pizza on a rack at the top of the oven. Cook for 15 minutes!

Scallops with couscous
Ingredients
Scallops
Couscous
Asparagus, rocket & raisins
Extra virgin olive oil
Season the scallops with salt, pepper and then pan fry on a hot pan with olive oil. Soak the couscous in hot water. Once the water is all soaked up, add rocket, raisin and chopped cooked asparagus.
